Shipping Options and Charges:
Canadian shipments are shipped Surface Mail - all orders (including back-orders).
USA shipments are shipped with the Postal Service.

All APO/FPO addresses are shipped US Mail, First Class.

Orders for delivery outside of the United States and Canada are shipped via International Airmail - Small Pack. Because your parcel may pass through customs, your shipment may take as long as 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Note, these rates will apply to back-ordered items as well. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Customs duties and taxes (non-U.S. destinations)
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Music Import's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
About Items with Multiple Sets
Multiple sets are charges as multiple items.
10inch and 12inch vinyl is equal to 3 cds per vinyl disc for shipping charges.
Shipping Status: All Orders
When your order ships from DrumBeat Music Store, you will receive an e-mail advising you of shipment. For FedEx shipments, you may track the status of your shipment on the FedEx website. Tracking may not available on orders shipped via the US Postal Service.
A Note About Back-Orders
In rare instances, you may order a music CD or video that we do not have in stock. Should this happen, we'll ship what we have, and send the back-ordered item to you when it arrives. Shipping is assessed on both international and domestic back-orders. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Payment Methods Currency And Policy
At this time, DrumBeat Music Store accepts all major credit cards for orders placed. We also accept payments through PayPal. All prices on the are in United States currency. Foreign exchange rates are left to the discretion of credit card companies, and are considered outside the control of DrumBeat Music Store.
For additional protection, your credit card BILL TO Name + Address MUST match the SHIP TO Name + Address. We will not process your order if this basic criteria is not met.
All videos offered by DrumBeat Music Store are primarily in the NTSC format, which is the standard VHS format for North America. Return Policy
RETURN: Returns: All Sales Are Final!
DrumBeat Music Store will only accept the return of any item found to be defective. We will also accept the return of any item we ship that was not ordered which is returned unopened. You must notify us via email and obtain a RMA#, 3 business days after you receive your shipment. Please include a copy of your invoice and a note with your address and the reason for the return. We are unable to accept the return of any item because of general disagreement with the artist and/or type of music.
CANCELLATIONS: You May Cancel Your Order Within 24 Hours
**Orders for items tagged as 'Special Order Item' that has been billed remain active for 60 days from the date of placement and CANNOT be cancelled. We will only cancel your order if the item is no longer available from our suppliers. **IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POINT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER**

**Due to the number of calls that we are getting, we prefer that you contact us. Customer Service will try to respond to any service related issues via e-mail within two business days of receipt of your question/concern. For orders, include in your email Customer#, Invoice#, and Catalog# for the item(s) or order(s) that you inquiring about. Please confirm your e-mail address before submitting. In nearly every case where an inquiry was not answered, the problem was with an invalid e-mail address.
